We would like to invite you to our upcoming VAT Breakfast Event which will provide an update on recent Swiss and international VAT developments. The event will take place on Wednesday 15 November 2023 - at the same time in our Zurich and Geneva offices as well as online.

As part of the event, our speakers will provide a comprehensive overview of recent and upcoming changes affecting companies operating in Switzerland and internationally, covering the following:

  • Focus on the Swiss VAT law revision, change of VAT rates - practical guidelines - and relevant case law

  • Overview of recent and upcoming EU and international VAT / GST updates (e.g., e-invoicing, VIDA, CJEU case law)


Hybrid event format:

To accommodate your preferences this event will be run as a hybrid event.
On registration you can choose if you prefer to join us on-site in Zurich or Geneva to have the opportunity to network with your peers or you can choose to join the event virtually.
If you register for the physical attendance, we count on your commitment for organisational reasons.

Constant is a Director leading the Indirect Tax practice in Romandie (Geneva and Lausanne). He has 15+ years of experience in EU and Swiss VAT covering all industries with a focus on the trading and FSI sectors. He advises Swiss and foreign multinationals notably on complex supply chain projects (structuring and optimization), internal processes and controls, systems, VAT audits and VAT compliance. Constant regularly intervenes as external speaker on VAT matters and has been listed as a Swiss Indirect Tax Leader in the International Tax Review for many years.

Coralie Dumoulin - Director, Indirect Tax

Coralie is a Director within Deloitte in Switzerland with 16 years of experience in VAT, working, notably, for a Swiss multinational company of the Manufacturing and Consumer Business sector, prior to joining Deloitte, and doing a 3-years secondment at Deloitte Global Tax Center (Europe). I have a wide experience in many Swiss and European VAT matters, including practical skills in dealing on a day-to-day basis with the systems.

Tim an Indirect Tax Director based in the Deloitte Zürich office. With over 20 years' experience, Tim is one of the most experienced technical experts known for his work on advising international VAT across the 27 Members of the EU and Switzerland. Tim oversees VAT planning and execution of Swiss based principals trading internationally, from the initial conception of the company through to designing the efficient supply chain, the associated compliance, and ERP implementation. Tim is a Certified German Tax Accountant. He is a member of the VAT competency center of the professional organization for auditors and tax advisors, Expertsuisse. The International Tax Review has listed Tim as an Indirect Tax Leader 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 for Switzerland
