Since joining Deloitte as part of the acquisition of Monitor Company in 2011, he has worked on growth and innovation topics across a range of industries, As lead client service partner, he has led our relationship with one of the world's top three consumer care companies, and also one of the pre-eminent food and beverage companies worldwide. In Switzerland, he looks after the TMT sector, with a particular emphasis on service innovation.

Diana Piatkowska - Senior Manager, Consulting

Diana has over 10 years of experience in Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). She specializes in service delivery strategy, business process design, transition and GBS. She started her career in BPO center of HP in Poland where during several years she performed various roles mainly managing operational team of 20 people as well as supporting the transition process for multiple clients. She is also an expert in Procure to Pay from process and technology stand point. For last few years Diana has been working in consulting advising clients in multiple aspects of Global Business Services including opportunities related to Robotic Process Automation.
